We are a prestigious educational institution in India seeking a dedicated Residential Warden for our girls' hostel to ensure the safety, well-being, and proper conduct of our student residents.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a mature and responsible Residential Warden who can maintain discipline while providing supportive guidance to our female students. The ideal candidate will oversee daily hostel operations, ensure student safety, maintain discipline, and create a conducive environment for academic and personal growth while upholding institutional values and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Should be comfortable working in any shift (Day/ Night)
- Ready to relocate to Rohtak, Delhi NCR
- Student attendance (morning & evening - present on campus and in class)
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations
- Gate pass allotment after 2 pm only on weekend & holidays
- Supervise and maintaining occupancy records
- Room allotment - when new students or returning students
- Communication with parents - regarding sending them outside
- Monitor students' health and provide assistance during medical emergencies
- Address student grievances and mediate conflicts effectively
- Oversee cleanliness and hygiene in rooms, common areas and conduct room inspection with guard
- Maintain proper documentation for resident students and submit periodic reports
- Act as a liaison between students, administration, and other departments
Who this is for:
- English speaking
- Age - above 40
- With background in psychology/counselling OR the relevant experience as hostel/student warden
